Francisco is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in New Mexico. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Mexico Society of CPAs. He joined Ernst & Young, Ritter & Company, LLC's predecessor firm, in 1991 after graduating from New Mexico State University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree.

Francisco has served a variety of clients in various industries, including financial institutions, oil and gas, retail, agriculture, and benefit plans, and has provided services to several publicly held companies. He has assisted in the acquisition and merger process for one of the firm's larger financial institution clients. His responsibilities include planning and managing a number of audits and related engagements by providing quality professional services to clients.
